Probably the best thing for me is you have more space between the analog sticks and the d-pad and face buttons than the PS3 controller. It's also more concave allowing perhaps better control for games that would use the dpad. The DPad is raised up a bit more than the PS3 controller and is now 8 way instead of just 4 way buttons. They(the triggers) also have tabs that stick out slightly so you have something to press on, they are also concave now so your fingers can rest on them. None of the buttons are squishy and all have a solid end to their movement, even the analog triggers are solid with a good amount of tension and the same solid end to the arc motion. The PC racing game has been running professional eSports. The sticks have more tension than the PS3 controller for sure and are closer to the Xbox in that way.
